Delsin Power Franchise:

Delsin Power Franchise Terms and Conditions

  1. Franchise Fee: To initiate the franchise agreement, a one-time non-refundable deposit of ₹35,000 is required. This deposit secures your franchise rights within the designated territory.

  2. Territory: Each franchisee will be granted exclusive rights to operate within a designated territory, subject to meeting performance targets and compliance with the franchise agreement.

  3. Training: Delsin Power will provide comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales and marketing strategies, operational procedures, and customer service standards to ensure the successful operation of the franchise.

  4. Support: Ongoing support will be provided, including marketing assistance, access to proprietary technology, and regular performance evaluations.

  5. Royalties: Franchisees are required to pay a monthly royalty fee, calculated as a percentage of gross sales, as outlined in the franchise agreement.

  6. Marketing: Franchisees are expected to participate in regional and national marketing campaigns as directed by Delsin Power to promote brand visibility and growth.

  7. Quality Assurance: Franchisees must adhere to Delsin Power's quality standards, ensuring consistency in product and service quality.

  8. Renewal: The franchise agreement is typically valid for a specified term, with an option for renewal subject to mutual agreement.

  9. Termination: Termination conditions are outlined in the franchise agreement, including breach of contract, failure to meet performance targets or violation of brand standards.

  10. Confidentiality: Franchisees are required to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and trade secrets disclosed during the franchise relationship.

  11. Exit Strategy: In the event of franchise termination or expiration, guidelines for the transition of assets and customer relationships will be provided.

These terms and conditions are subject to negotiation and may vary depending on specific franchise agreements. Prospective franchisees are encouraged to seek legal counsel and review the franchise agreement thoroughly before entering into the partnership with Delsin Power.

Delsin Power EPC

  1. Project Scope and Cost: The scope of work, project cost, and timeline for the EPC project will be outlined in the project proposal and contract. Any changes to the scope or cost must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  2. Project Timelines: The EPC project will be executed according to agreed-upon timelines. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and both parties will work together to minimize such delays.

  3. Payment Terms: Payment milestones and schedules will be specified in the contract. Payments must be made promptly as per the agreed-upon terms. Delayed payments may result in project delays.

  4. Basic Necessities: The client agrees to provide necessary amenities to the installation team, including access to clean drinking water and electricity, at the project site to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

  5. Safety and Security: The installation team will adhere to safety protocols during the project. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and will be liable for any accidents or injuries caused by unsafe conditions on the site.

  6. Staff Conduct: Verbal or physical abuse of the installation team will not be tolerated. Both parties agree to maintain a respectful and professional working relationship.

  7. Project Changes: Any changes or modifications to the project scope must be formally documented, and their impact on project cost and timeline will be assessed and agreed upon.

  8. Warranty and Defects: The EPC project will be executed to industry standards. The client will notify the EPC contractor of any defects or issues within the agreed-upon warranty period, and the contractor will rectify them at no additional cost.

  9. Ownership and Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and rights for the project site. Ownership of the project and its components will be transferred to the client upon successful completion and payment.

  10. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract under specified conditions, as outlined in the contract.

By entering into this EPC contract, both parties acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Open communication and collaboration are key to the successful execution of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, efficiently, and to the client's satisfaction.

Delsin Plus AMC: Solar Maintenance Services Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Terms: All payments for solar maintenance services are due in full in advance, prior to the commencement of any work. Payments can be made through the available online payment methods or as mutually agreed upon.

  2. Service Scheduling: Upon receipt of payment, our team will schedule your maintenance visit. We strive to reach your location within one week from the date of payment, subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

  3. Online Booking: Our services can be booked online through our official website or other authorized platforms. Online booking ensures a quick and efficient process.

  4. Additional Material Charges: Any additional materials required for repairs or maintenance that are not included in the standard service package will be charged separately. The customer will be informed of these charges, and approval will be sought before proceeding with the work.

  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your maintenance appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees. Cancellation fees may apply if the request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  6. Access to Equipment: Please ensure that our team has safe and unrestricted access to your solar equipment during the scheduled maintenance appointment.

  7. Safety and Compliance: Our team will adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during the maintenance service. Any additional work required to bring the system into compliance with safety standards will be communicated to the customer.

  8. Warranty: We provide a warranty on the maintenance work performed. Any issues arising due to our maintenance work will be rectified at no extra charge during the warranty period.

  9. Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about their solar system and any relevant access details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

  10. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or concerns, please contact our customer service department for prompt resolution.

By booking our solar maintenance services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require clarification before booking our services. Your satisfaction and the proper functioning of your solar system are our top priorities.

Delsin Power Mounting Structure

  1. Warranty Period: The mounting structure provided by Delsin Power is backed by a 15-year warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers structural integrity and performance.

  2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, Delsin Power will repair or replace, at its discretion, any mounting structure components that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. This includes issues related to corrosion, structural stability, and overall performance.

  3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by improper installation, modifications, unauthorized repairs, acts of nature, accidents, misuse, or neglect. Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.

  4. Regular Maintenance: To maintain the warranty's validity, the mounting structure must undergo regular maintenance as recommended by Delsin Power. Neglecting recommended maintenance may affect the warranty coverage.

  5. Notification of Defects: In the event of any defects or issues covered by the warranty, the customer must promptly notify Delsin Power in writing, providing details of the problem.

  6. Access for Inspection: The customer shall provide Delsin Power with safe and unrestricted access to the mounting structure for inspection and repair purposes during the warranty period.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Delsin Power's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. oP shall not be liable for Delsin Power's consequential or incidental damages.

  8. Transferability: This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the mounting structure is installed. The new owner must notify Delsin Power of the ownership transfer within 30 days to ensure the warranty remains in effect.

  9. Documentation: The customer is responsible for retaining all installation and maintenance records as proof of compliance with the warranty terms.

  10. Termination of Warranty: If Delsin Power determines that the mounting structure has been subject to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications, or if recommended maintenance has not been performed, the warranty may be voided.

By accepting the mounting structure and its warranty, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Please contact Delsin Power for any warranty claims or questions regarding the warranty coverage. We are committed to ensuring the durability and reliability of our mounting structures for your solar installation.

Balance of System (BOS) Terms and Conditions with a 3-Year Warranty

  1. Warranty Period: The BOS components provided by Delsin Power are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of installation or purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

  2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, Delsin Power will repair or replace, at its discretion, any BOS components that prove to be defective. This includes issues related to manufacturing defects, functionality, and performance.

  3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, acts of nature, or neglect. Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.

  4. Regular Maintenance: To maintain the warranty's validity, the BOS components must undergo regular maintenance as recommended by Delsin Power. Neglecting recommended maintenance may affect the warranty coverage.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. DELSIN POWER is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
